Movement is medicine. And in this program, you will get an opportunity to move in different ways, exploring different styles of movement – Strength training, Yoga, Endurance building workout/HIIT, Zumba and Pilates each day of the week.
While the body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness. A breathwork practice will help calm your nervous system, enable better focus and also improve your lung capacity. In this program you will work with Anuloma Viloma / alternate nostril breathing.
Meditation is a great tool to center the mind, build focus and improve awareness. Participants will be encouraged to have a meditation practice of 20 mins each day, on their own. Resources and guidance will be provided for practice.
