Movement is medicine. And in this Program, you will get an opportunity to move in different ways, exploring different styles of movement – Strength training, Yoga, Endurance building workout/HIIT, Zumba and Pilates each day of the week. Movement class duration would be for 60 minutes.
Food is medicine and in this Program you will learn to build a good relationship with food that will help you enhance your health. You will be given guidance on how to build a nutritious plate & tools to increase your awareness of your eating habits.
While the body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness. A breathwork practice will help calm your nervous system, enable better focus and also improve your lung capacity. In this Program you will work with Anuloma Viloma / alternate nostril breathing. This will be done in class on Yoga days. On other days, participants will practice on their own. Guidance will be provided on how to practice. A daily practice of 12 mins is recommended.
The practice of journaling can help you process your thoughts better and improve self-awareness. There is power to writing & in this Program you will harness that power to realize your health, fitness & overall well-being goals.
