Holistic Wellness with Purnima

Movement

Movement is medicine. And in this program, you will get an opportunity to move in different ways, exploring different styles of movement – Strength training, Yoga, Endurance building workout/HIIT, Zumba and Pilates each day of the week. Movement class duration would be for 60 minutes.

Wholesome Nutrition

Food is medicine and, in this program, you will learn to build a good relationship with food that will help you enhance your health. You will be given guidance on how to build a nutritious plate & tools to increase your awareness of your eating habits.

Breathwork

While the body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness. A breathwork practice will help calm your nervous system, enable better focus and also improve your lung capacity. In this program you will work with Anuloma Viloma / alternate nostril breathing. This will be done in class on Yoga days. On other days, participants will practice on their own. Guidance will be provided on how to practice. A daily practice of 12 mins is recommended.

Meditation

Meditation is a great tool to center the mind, build focus and improve awareness. Participants will be encouraged to have a meditation practice of 20 mins each day, on their own. Resources and guidance will be provided for practice.

Journaling

The practice of journaling can help you process your thoughts better and improve self-awareness. There is power to writing & in this program you will harness that power to realize your health, fitness & overall well-being goals.

The monthly health challenges are designed to help you increase awareness of your lifestyle habits. Each month of the year, a health challenge will be conducted that will focus on one lifestyle habit to improve. In 30 days, you will learn to cultivate healthy habits that you can take forward and benefit from for life. Enrolling for the flagship program ‘Holistic Wellness with Purnima’ and the challenge, can supercharge your progress to better health and fitness.

    MY PROGRAMS

    ‘Holistic Wellness with Purnima’ is a program specially curated for women & is based on the philosophy of looking at health in a holistic way – Body & Mind. The program emphasizes 5 daily practices for overall well-being: Movement, wholesome nutrition, breathwork, meditation & journaling.
