MY PROGRAMS
Movement
Movement is medicine. And in this program, you will get an opportunity to move in different ways, exploring different styles of movement - Strength training, Yoga, Endurance building workout/HIIT, Zumba and Pilates each day of the week. Movement class duration would be for 60 minutes.
Wholesome Nutrition
Food can also be medicine and, in this program, you will learn to build a good relationship with food that will help you enhance your health. You will be given guidance on how to build a nutritious plate & tools to increase your awareness of your eating habits.
Breathwork
While the body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness. A breathwork practice can help calm your nervous system, enable better focus and also improve your lung capacity. In this program you will work with Anuloma Viloma / alternate nostril breathing. Guidance will be provided on how to practice.
Meditation
Meditation is an effective tool to centre the mind, build focus and improve awareness. In this program participants will be encouraged to have a meditation practice of 20 mins each day, on their own. Resources and guidance will be provided for practice.
Journaling
The practice of journaling can help you process your thoughts better and improve self-awareness. There is power to writing & in this program you will harness that power to realize your health, fitness & overall well-being goals.
